Inactivity and such

Probably, throughout this summer, I'll pretty much stay away from dA for like a week, then come on when I feel like it and take care of all my messages.
The reason for that is that I've been working diligently on my book in free time. I'm about a forth of the way through the beginning typing phase. Kinda dreading when that's finished and I have to edit it all.
Also, Hank and John Green have very much diverted my attention when I'm on the internet. For those of you who don't know, they're (really cute) vloggers who happen to also be famous authors and song artists.
In other news, I've started listening to Florence and The Machine. Their stuff is really beautiful.
I've started knocking something off my bucket list: Learning to write code. Currently I'm "teaching myself" (via a tutorial) how to write Java in a program called processing. I can make circles that move infinitely across the screen and change color when you click on them. I know, try to contain your jealousy. We can't all be this brilliant.
On a random note, this has been the first year of my life in which I actually miss school. I had a great year, and can't wait to join the writing club come August.
Our summer's shortened by two weeks this year. Everyone thinks I hate it, when in truth, I'm pretty darn excited.

Lookie, I'm back!
Um... It's kinda hard to explain why I left as long as I did. Let's just say I've been upset with someone.
Anyway, over that time, I had this great winning streak-
Mon- Got into a club-thingy where I do a project over the summer (which I'm looking forward to because I'm a nerd) and then take a field trip in the fall.
Tues- Got a choir award at the concert. (Because I sing when supposed to and stay quiet when I'm not)
Wed- School awards ceremony: Three awards for various science clubs, one for a 4.0 gpa, and a really cool plaque that basically says, "You're the best writer in the school!"
That was fun to receive~
Thurs- Me and my friend got "Best pair" in Drama club at its awards ceremony~
Also, my brother just graduated.
And I'm getting a bonsai tree
Can't wait. It's something I've wanted for several months.
Now I shall leave you off with a piece of advice- watch www.youtube.com/watch?v=FOjdXS… if you have time and want to see something emotional.
Here I go to clean out my 200+ messages. Wish me luck.

Dreamz

M'kay, so I had this kinda creepy dream last night. Luckily, this one didn't involve death.
So, I went to sleep one night, (May 26, actually. I knew the date, which never happens.) and woke up on February 26, 2014. Apparently I had been in some coma state in my own bed for that time. I recall it feeling exactly like sleeping a single night, only it wasn't. And then it got scarily realistic. I walked outside to find that my parents had redid our front porch, something they've talked about doing over the summer. I went on here and found that you all thought I was dead and I had thousands of messages. And, of course, my friends and family were very emotional.
And then, as it turned out, six other kids had fallen asleep and waken up on the same dates.
It was so realistic, in fact, that when I woke up, I had to take a few minutes to realize I was dreaming.
I am so going to write a story about this.
